1911/8/5: BP issued to Allen Bros. $22,000. Known as the Allen Block, then the Highland Block, and most recently as the Henderson Block. In early 1925, current owners H. Willingham and J. Dobson, sold the block to C.F. & Ellen Metcalf for “approximately $20,000” which was considered “an excellent figure” (Province 1924/3/2, p.16).
